Watching Sports on TV: The Detroit Pistons
Guest posting written by Ryan Norman
I grew up in Detroit, which is one of the best sports cities in the United States. We have a culture in Detroit that surrounds all sorts of sports, including basketball. I cheer on my Detroit Pistons no matter how they are doing every season. In rain or shine, I am a devoted fan.
I am always sure to catch Detroit Pistons basketball games on my TV, that I purchased after hearing about a great cable tv offer. I love seeing every second of every game. My favorite kinds of games are the close ones, when the Detroit Pistons really shine. The team is renowned in particular for its teamwork and ability to do well in high pressure games.
My favorite coach from the Detroit Pistons was Larry Brown. Larry Brown is the coach that taught the Detroit Piston show to shine by working as a team. Some of my favorite players from the Detroit Pistons include Rip Hamilton and Tayshaun Prince.
Why do I love the Detroit Pistons so much? Well, they play with more heart than any other team in the NBA league. For example, watch a game featuring the L.A. Lakers and then watch a game with the Detroit Pistons. The difference is clear: the Pistons have more heart. They area team that plays with soul, rather than arrogance. I love the Detroit Pistons and they are the best team in the NBA!
