Quit Smoking and lead a Healthy Life!

Smoking is the worst addiction one can ever have. Everybody knows that smoking is literally a bad habit and affects the health in a major way, but still some people tend to smoke. Cigarette contains a substance called nicotine that damages the body more than cocaine and heroin. Nicotine damage lungs, heart, teeth, pancreas, esophagus, oral cavity etc., that leads to the cancer diseases. Smoking is a very serious issue to be considered, people smoke for pleasure and fun, but do not think that they are actually creating a lot of problems to their body and to the society as well.

Many people tend to smoke because of their peer stress who forces them to smoke. In my opinion, people who force their friends or family members to smoke are criminals, because they are indirectly killing other's lives by making them get addicted to the dangerous habit. Once addicted to smoking, it is just hell to get rid of the habit, so it's always better not to start smoking rather than facing difficulties in quitting it. It just makes no sense, when people think that smoking one cigarette per day causes less affect than smoking many per day. However, it still affects the health and body the same way, so don't be in that illusions please! The only way to stay healthy is to quit smoking for good or not to start smoking at all.

There are many programs and websites that motivate the smokers to quit smoking, Some people are very stubborn and are not easily convinced to quit smoking. What all they need is their own determination and concentration to quit smoking. Smoking leads too many distractions in the personal life, I have seen relation break-ups, depression in the family lives just because of this bad habit. Smoking also affects your fellow people by passive smoking, thereby you are actually damaging the environment and the society. Its never too late to do a right thing, so please quit smoking and live a healthy life.
